 FAQs

Have questions for me?

  • I offer individual therapy, relationship therapy (for couples, polycules, friends, or family), and both psychedelic-assisted and non-psychedelic therapy intensives. All offerings are grounded in trauma-informed, justice-oriented, and spiritually attuned care.

  • While talking about problems can offer insight, it often isn’t enough to create lasting change in how we actually relate to one another. That’s because relational wounds live not just in our thoughts, but in our bodies, nervous systems, and limbic brains—the deeper, emotional parts of us that formed our relational blueprints early in life.

Real transformation in relationships requires more than insight. It asks us to engage with the somatic and emotional layers of our experience—where protective patterns like shutdown, defensiveness, and people-pleasing were born. These patterns are often inherited from childhood, trauma, and ancestral lineages, and can’t be fully shifted by logic alone.

My approach invites you and your loved ones into an experiential process—rooted in safety, presence, and body-based awareness—so that you can actually feel and practice new ways of being together. This is the space where true rewiring happens, where trust is rebuilt, and where connection becomes not just possible, but embodied.

  • Therapy intensives are immersive sessions designed to go deeper than what’s typically possible in weekly therapy. Non-psychedelic intensives usually span two full days and are structured to help you settle into sustained healing work. Many clients report that a two-day intensive can feel like the equivalent of months of traditional therapy.

  • This is a specialized offering for relationships navigating deep or entrenched pain—often due to relational trauma that makes certain topics hard to explore in conventional therapy. Offered in collaboration with a prescribing psychiatrist, this approach combines medicine with a carefully crafted therapeutic container to support nervous system regulation and allow for transformative emotional work. This option is only available after thorough assessment and on a case-by-case basis.

  • Yes. My practice is explicitly affirming of LGBTQIA+ identities, non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships, chosen family structures, and all nontraditional relational configurations. This is a space where your full identity and lived experience are honored.

  • I do not accept insurance directly, but I can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about out-of-network mental health coverage.

  • That’s completely okay. I offer free 20-minute consultations where we can talk through your needs and intentions, and explore what kind of support might be the best fit for your healing journey.

  • Reach out to me directly with the form above—I'd be honored to connect.
